chicken bake/ soft pretzel bread

Mrs. Pike... here is the bread for the chicken bake recipe first... the bread recipe is also soft pretzel recipe too

Yeast 1 Tbsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Butter 2 Tbsp (room temp.)
lukewarm water 1 Cup
Bread Flour/ all purpose flour 2 and 3/4 cup
big salt (some, the one that is really really big)
baking soda 5 Tsp
water 4 cup

(if you are making chicken bake, ignore the last three ingredients)

1. put Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Butter, one cup of lukewarm water and ONLY 1 cup of flour together in a bowl, stir until it all mix together or some bubble come out (bubble never come out for me.. so just mix it well)
2. Add the rest of the flour ( 1 and 3/4 cup) into the mixture... stir and mix it with hand... mix it till the dough is not sticking to your hand
3. cover it with plastic wrap, let rise double ( I rise mine on top the the fridge, warmer
4. when the dough rise double, preheat the oven to 450 to 475 degree
5. put some flour on the surface that you are going to work on to prevent stickiness.. then roll out the dough for the chicken bake... ( it will depend on how big you want ... i made it smaller than the one in Costco ... so for this dough, i made around 5 i think (roll the dough around 1/4 inch, thick enough to wrap the chicken and stuff.. if it is too thin, it might break when you try to wrap it)

if you are making pretzel... roll some of the dough into a long thing (don't know how to say it) and shape the pretzel shape, set it aside... until you finish making all the dough... then put 4 cups of water in a pot that big enough for one to two pretzel, heat it up on medium high, add the baking soda... when it is boiling... put the pretzel in the boiling baking soda water for 20 seconds each side.. then put it on baking sheet (put foil on baking sheet, and GREASE IT... for easy clean up after) then top it with BIG salt (sea salt) or cheese/garlic salt or garlic power .. or cinnamon sugar.. whatever you like on your pretzel... then so on until all the pretzel is done... bake it for 12 - 15 mins.

for chicken bake inside....
i just put whatever i like.... put some Caesar dressing on the dough before you put the inside ingredients ( put a lot of dressing if you like a lot of taste)... i use cook chicken ( I cook it with garlic, salt, and pepper ~ pan fry it) boil broccoli with salt, bacon with can mushroom ( dice it small, pan fry as well) and some cheese.... seal it good on the end side. then TOP it with cheese on top and bake it 12 mins on 450 degree ( it depends on the oven, just don't burn it) my oven here is stronger than the one in Wymount.. even if it's the same degree. cool it totally before you freeze it... this freeze it well... i wrap them one by one with plastic wrap, and put it in a big Ziploc bag together. when you want to eat it... defrost it 4 mins, and heat it 1 - 2 mins...

oh i hope you understand my messy recipe... ( if you don't, just email "K") or whoever is reading this and don't understand, just ask me...

enjoy it.... it's nice to have it in my freezer all the time. when i don't feel like cooking.. i have something to eat in a mins
