We love Costco chicken bake, it's very tempting to buy it every time we go. I decided to try make it myself, they turned out really good. I put more different veggie inside. (mushroom, broccoli, corn) We all loved it, so I'm making them from now on and freeze it.
For my boys, they somehow love chicken drums. If I just make boneless chicken, they would think of 2nd time to see if they want to eat it, how strange??!! That's why I always but chicken drums and wings. They made the chicken tasted so good. It makes me hungry now.
